Cambremer AOC produce fair

A regional event which, over the years, has become a rendezvous not to be missed where Normandy's 12 AOC quality label products are promoted and their producers can meet and exchange.
Over two days, Cambremer will be welcoming both connoisseurs and amateurs alike, to relish in country produce, highlighted via a number of demonstrations and events: taste workshops, cookery lessons, walks, cellar or manor house visits.
On Saturday morning, the traditional round table will be devoted to the latest news in AOC quality labels and Jean-Pierre Coffe will be recording, on site, his television programme « ça se bouffe pas...ça se mange » (you don't wolf it down, you eat it).
Over and above produce, this event is also attached to increasing awareness on what goes to create all of Normandy's AOC produce: the soil, breeding, cultivation and the skills of many passionate farmers.
