Nestled in the heart of the Normandy region, the departement of Calvados includes some of the most enchanting landscapes in France in one easy-to-explore package.

    From 01 January 2012 to 31 December 2012

    During the Normandy Landings, to unlaod the eavy equipment, an artificial harbour was constructed off Arromanches. Today vestiges and the Musée du Débarquement are both major sites of the historical area of the Battle of Normandy.
