Le Jardin des Séquoias
USSY
In Ussy near Falaise, on the former site of the French national centre for plant growing, stroll through a magnificent avenue of age-old giant sequoias planted by the family's successive generations, to visit the garden created by Patrick and Marie-Christine Sebire. Through a medley of nurseryman skills and decorative arts meander through its maze, rose garden (boasting a collection of Normandy roses) and more. To inform you, all plants have labels and there are benches for you to enjoy a moment's respite and to lavish in their fragrances. A fun questionnaire and a small gift are offered to young children. Leaflets in English and German.
