Château de Courseulles
COURSEULLES-SUR-MER
Once a 9th century fortified castle, later transformed in the late 16th century by François d'O and in the late 17th century by Anne Morart. Listed as a historic monument in 1910. You can admire its magnificent façades and carved dormers, in the heart of its 1 hectare wooded grounds. Guided tours in French throughout the summer season (booking required via the tourist office at 02 31 37 46 80). At other periods, for group visits, please contact the castle direct.
