Since 1932, the Viard cidermakers, located just 3km from Bayeux, have been producing cider using the finest traditional brewing methods and Normandy's typical apples. Throughout your guided tour, discover the various steps involved in producing 'Bayeux' cider: the orchards, cellars and packaging room. Our typical old stone cellars are the ideal setting for a commentated taste of our products. Guided tour at 4p.m. every Monday and Friday (except on public holidays). Tasting and sale of 'Bayeux' cider, poiré (perry), apple juice, cider vinegar, pommeau and calvados. Visit in French and English lasts 1h15. Guided tours at 4 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays (except on bank holidays), from 10/04 to 04/05 and from 02/07 to 31/08.
