Unaccompanied or guided tours (from April to October) following a programme developed by the Maison de la Nature et de l'Estuaire (Nature and Estuary Centre) in Sallenelles. The Orne Estuary offers 350 hectares of preserved nature, now the property of the Conservatoire du Littoral (Coastal Conservancy) and the Calvados Council; including a 50 hectare ornithological reserve for the protection of seabirds. Marked discovery trail with explanatory panels. Unaccompanied tours, dogs accepted on a leash.
