So you enjoy having friends round for dinner, or simply cooking for the family? Brigitte invites you to join her in her home in the heart of the marshland. In just 2 hours, learn to prepare a truly authentic, yet accessible menu via new recipes, techniques and produce.

Price per person:

48 € : for a 2 hour lesson and tasting
75 € : Gourmet lesson

Valid all year round throughout 2012. From 4 to 6 participants or groups up to 12.

Classes Monday to Saturday from 11.30 a.m. for lunch and from 4 p.m. for afternoon tea.

Your added advantage
Brigitte provides all the necessary equipment and produce. And you can taste your preparation over lunch in a friendly and cosy atmosphere. Classes are available in English.
