Recettes des internautes Oysters with roasted apples

• Heat the oven to 240°C (thermostat 8). • Peal the apples and chop them into quarters, remove the core and seeds then chop into cubes. • Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the apples until golden. • Flambé with calvados, previously heated. • Open the oysters and remove them from their shells. • Inside each cupped shell, place a little double cream, 1 oyster and top with the apple cubes. • Season slightly with salt, pepper and place the oysters in an ovenproof dish. • Cook in the fully preheated oven for 1 minute, remove, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve immediately.


 

Tips :
To keep the stuffed oyster shells in place in the ovenproof dish, line the base of the dish with a layer or coarse salt.

15 cl Cream

Other ingredients
1 dozen large cupped oysters 2 apples 25g salted butter 2 tablespoons of calvados 15cl of double cream 3 sprigs of dill salt and pepper
