• Heat the oven to 240°C (thermostat 8).
• Peal the apples and chop them into quarters, remove the core and seeds then chop into cubes.
• Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the apples until golden.
• Flambé with calvados, previously heated.
• Open the oysters and remove them from their shells.
• Inside each cupped shell, place a little double cream, 1 oyster and top with the apple cubes.
• Season slightly with salt, pepper and place the oysters in an ovenproof dish.
• Cook in the fully preheated oven for 1 minute, remove, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve immediately.
