Recettes des internautes Nems aux pommes et au camembert

• Chop the apple into cubes and fry in butter. • In the centre of a sheet of brik pastry place an 1/8 of a camembert, apple cubes, and 2 chopped walnuts. • Season to taste. • Form a small parcel with the pastry sheet and brush with melted butter. • Bake in the oven at 200°C (thermostat 6-7) for 5 minutes.


 

Tips :
Keep a close eye during baking since brik pastry can burn very quickly.

Presentation :
Serve with a green salad.
